14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at media.asc.inc@gmail.com with the subject line "RETURN ORDER [insert your order number]" and state the reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days.

Note: Personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned.
